We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The chosen individual will work closely with different departments including administrative as well as design and development to maximise customer satisfaction.
Competences of the Customer Support Executive include;
- Excellent knowledge of the operations of customer care within our organisation.
- Outstanding Communication (written and oral) as well as interpersonal skills enabling one to deal with internal and external customer support professionally.
- Good understanding of the current market position of the products and services to which the customer support service is provided.
- Ability to work closely both independently and as a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management ability.
- Highly self motivated and willing to learn.
- Good computer knowledge especially with Internet technologies,web and social media.
- To act as a basic point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedback, requests etc.
- Ensuring timely and professional responses to customers
- Assistance in the compilation of answers to information requests / sales pitches.
- Maintain and develop external Party relationships
- Efficient dealing of requests and or complaints by clients
- Rendering internal support to other team members.
