Cyberspace Solutions Ltd is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support our administrative and financial operations. The selected candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while assisting with project administration.ifferent sectors and industries.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance Support
- Issue sales invoices and sales receipts
- Post sales and purchase transactions on Sage
- Track incoming payments through internet banking
- Post purchase invoices and payments
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Manage petty cash
- Reconcile monthly accounts
- Process monthly IRD payments
Administrative Duties
- Manage company emails and incoming correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule calendar meetings
- Issue and track purchase orders
- Manage domain renewals
- Assist with tender documentation
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested by management
- Requirements
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience with accounting software (Sage preferred)
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
