Cyberspace Solutions Ltd is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support our administrative and financial operations. The selected candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while assisting with project administration.ifferent sectors and industries. 

 

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance Support

  • Issue sales invoices and sales receipts
  • Post sales and purchase transactions on Sage
  • Track incoming payments through internet banking
  • Post purchase invoices and payments
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations
  • Manage petty cash
  • Reconcile monthly accounts
  • Process monthly IRD payments

 

Administrative Duties

  • Manage company emails and incoming correspondence
  • Coordinate and schedule calendar meetings
  • Issue and track purchase orders
  • Manage domain renewals
  • Assist with tender documentation
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested by management
  • Requirements
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge and experience with accounting software (Sage preferred)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
